Novix IQ legal documents
Novix IQ is a software product of CB Investment Holdings, LLC. The documents below govern our software services. Where a customer has signed a Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement and a Sales Order, those documents control.

Four documents, published in full.
Our Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement is published rather than signed, and is incorporated by reference into each Sales Order, which is the document a customer signs. The Sales Order names the version that governs it. Every version stays available at its own permanent address, so the text in force on any given effective date can always be read back. When a change materially and adversely affects customer rights, customers get at least 30 days' advance notice and may terminate if they object.
Master SaaS Agreement
The agreement governing every Novix IQ subscription. Currently version 1.0, effective August 12, 2026. A signable counterpart is available for customers whose procurement requires executed paper.
Data Processing Addendum
How we process personal data on a customer's behalf, our technical and organizational measures, and the authorized subprocessors.
Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Terms of Service
