Put the app on your phone in under a minute.

The app installs straight from your browser. There is no app store, nothing to download from one, and nothing to pay. You add it to your home screen once, and it opens full screen like any other app.

Before you start

  • Have the link your company sent you, or open your workspace address in the browser. You sign in the same way you do on a computer, with your email, password and code.
  • The app asks for your location the first time you open it. Tap Allow, because gate and yard check-ins use it.

Use Safari

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open your workspace link in Safari. These steps were written for Safari, so start there even if your link arrived in another app.
  2. Tap the Share button, or the three dots next to the address bar and then Share.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Leave Open as Web App turned on, then tap Add. Turning it off saves a plain bookmark instead of the app.
  5. Open the app from its new icon and tap Allow when it asks for your location.

Use Chrome

Android

  1. Open your workspace link in Chrome. Edge, Samsung Internet and Brave work the same way. Firefox only makes a basic shortcut.
  2. Tap the More menu (three dots) next to the address bar.
  3. Tap Install and create shortcut, then tap Install. On some phones or older versions the same option reads Install app. Choose that, not a plain shortcut, to get the full app.
  4. Open the app from its new icon and tap Allow when it asks for your location.

Not working?

If the option is missing, check that you are using the browser named above and that your link opens the sign-in page. Still stuck? Open a support ticket. That page works even when the app does not.
